Tips for Choosing a Type of Lube
|
| |
Water-based Lubricants
Water-based lubricants are compatible with all condoms and are ideal for anal and vaginal
intercourse. When exposed to air and friction for a while, they tend to dry up and become sticky - so they don't work as well for masturbating.
We recommend trying Swiss Navy Water based or
Gunoil H2O.
Silicon-based Lubricants
Silicone-based lubricants are also compatible with all condoms, but do not dry out as quickly
as water-based lubricants, making them ideal for all sexual activities. However, they tend to be slightly "heavier" in feel than water-based,
and are somewhat difficult to wash off. We recommend trying Gunoil.
|
For a lighter feel that lasts and lasts, try mixing
Water-based and Silicone-based lubes in approximately 50-50 proportions.
|
Oil-based Lubricants
Better than any other type of lube, oil-based lubricants do not dry out, making them the perfect choice for
masturbating. Oil-based lubricants are NOT compatible with latex condoms and should NEVER be used with
them. Oil causes latex to deteriorate very quickly, and could cause the condom to break; however, you can use oil-based lubricants with
polyurethane condoms. We recommend trying Stroke 29 or
Jack Jelly.

K-Y Users: Please consider trying
Prime Ultra,
WET Light, or

We have personally found these products are much better - they last longer and provide better
performance.
